Admissions
Enollment Info
Enrollment begins April 1 of each year. We have small classes to allow our teachers to give students individual help. Classes will not exceed 10 students per grade level. We suggest that you complete the application process immediately to reserve your child’s seat in class.
Please allow us three days to process your child’s application. Please note that your child may not be accepted until we receive all the necessary documents to process his/her application. You will receive a letter in your email accepting or denying your child’s enrollment. If you need help with the application, gathering documents, submitting the ESA application or transferring funds to Class Wallet please do not hesitate to reach out to one of our team members.
We are here to help you.

🏫 Using ESA at Our School
Our school is proud to support families using ESA funding. We are a qualifying education provider, and ESA funds can be applied toward tuition and eligible learning materials through ClassWallet, the payment platform used by the state of Arizona.
📬 Parent Responsibilities
It is essential that all ESA families regularly check their email, as the Arizona Department of Education and ClassWallet communicate important deadlines, renewal instructions, policy changes, and compliance notices via email. Missing these updates can lead to funding delays, account suspension, or disqualification.
Parents are fully responsible for ensuring they follow all ESA guidelines. If a parent fails to submit required documentation, misuses funds, or fails to maintain compliance, and ESA funds are withheld or revoked, the parent will be held financially responsible for the full tuition balance owed to the school.
💸 When ESA Doesn’t Cover Full Tuition
If ESA funds do not cover the entire cost of tuition, and the family qualifies as low-income, the school will automatically evaluate the student for scholarship assistance. Families must provide current proof of income (such as a tax return, Medicaid, SNAP, or other eligibility documentation). Scholarships may cover the remaining balance to ensure every child has access to a high-quality education regardless of financial circumstances.
We are committed to working with families to ensure funding is clear, timely, and supports your child’s continued enrollment and success
